A little on the old style as stated but very pleasant staff and quiet surrounds handy to the CBD.

Awesome location. Airbus from Airport to Southern Cross Station, then pretty much across the road. Room was a bit pokey, but modern. I would stay again.

Although the hotel was centrally located it had very limited parking.On arrival we were directed to Crown carpark, however it took nearly an hour to locate a parking spot well away from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel for train travellers but not for private travel.

Two separate stays room 107- 4 nights -WAY too noisy ,very difficult to get any sleep with people congregating at tables set up outside the room door at ALL hours.I strongly suggest you consider removing these tables as a gathering point for talkers,drinkers and smokers.
Room 238 - 2 nights -much nicer no noise issues .
Reception staff vey cordial and professional.The fire evac on 9th April at 0445 was interesting but shows your fire system works.

A basic hotel when all you need for the weekend is somewhere to sleep. Staff are friendly and helpful at all times. It will be a LOT better when the second lift is fixed. Anyone going to Edihad Stadium would be insane to stay anywhere else - great value!
