Convenient to find & easy off street parking for guests, great access to beach. Pool & spa fine.
Felt that at the price (even reduced) air con. should have been included given off peak comparisons. Kitchen/dining/lounge very hot due to multiple lighting in 3 outlets. Rooms smelt stuffy, decor dated & worn out. John at reception friendly & helpful re directions etc. Easy walk to grocery/newsagent/liquor outlet & Surfers CBD, handy to ocean front markets on Wed and Fri nights.
