Was dissapointed to not be advised that parking was an additional $20, we were not advised at check in, only on check out. 1 staff member at the hotel was very rude, not to only myself but other guests checking in. All other staff members were very polite.

Excellent location in the city - close to the Queen St mall. Rooms are very new and both bedroom and living room have large flat screen TV's with Foxtel. Service is friendly, but being an apartment hotel the reception hours and services are limited. Fresh towels provided daily.
We did not have any noise at all in our three night stay, but a lot of young party people were staying at the hotel.
I would return to this hotel for sure.

Pleasant, friendly staff. Was difficult to find because street level signage was hidden behind street trees. Pleasant place to stay.

Superb accomodation. We stayed in a two bedroomed apartment with fantastic views on the 23rd floor. Would stay here again.
Only criticism - it gets very hot on the floors outside the rooms and in the lift as there is no air conditioning there. This need addressing.
